Hope for Us Seattle is a lived experience-led organization dedicated to building stronger communities through connection, prevention, education, and opportunity. We believe the people closest to a problem are often closest to the solution, and that lived experience is not simply a story to be told it is expertise that belongs at the center of leadership, training, and systems change.

Our partnership was built through thousands of conversations, late nights, hard truths, and the belief that healing communities requires more than good intentions it requires people who understand the realities from the inside.
Together, our lived experience allows us to navigate spaces most organizations never see. We understand exploitation, survival, recovery, housing instability, violence, incarceration, and the systems surrounding them not from theory, but from lived experience. That perspective allows us to connect with people across every stage of change and build trust where trust has often been lost.
Everything we create is centered on one belief: every person deserves a place where they are seen, challenged, supported, and given the opportunity to build something different. We are committed to breaking cycles of generational trauma by creating communities rooted in hope, accountability, and belonging.
